WEEK 24 DAY 2
6 MONTHS COMPLETED!
Sri Chaitanya IIT Academy, SR Nagar, Hyderabad, Nov. 13: Mrs. Jhansi went back to her old self and cracked the whip on JIIT1 (ISB) (again!). She told them that the qualifying mark was at 15 of 20 for Physics and Chemistry and 45 of 50 for Mathematics. Overall, a students was expected to get nothing below 75 of 90. This actually seems reasonable for an exam as rudimentary as IPE.
However, she has warned of 'dire consequences' to those who fail to cross this mark. This did manage to bring fear to the hearts of many students.
In the last few minutes of college, OTFS learned JIIT1's marks in chemistry. Less than ten students earned a full 20 in spite of chemistry being rated the easiest of the three papers. The lowest was at 11, with three people having scored that mark. The marks for Physics and Chemistry have not been revealed yet.
Meanwhile, the counselor Mrs. Uma reigned terror upon JIIT4. She conducted another one of her infamous 'counseling sessions' and ended up shouting at the whole class and punishing ten students!
The syllabus for Thursday's Language Exam (Sasnkrit/French/Arabic) was released today. (OTFS)
